We maintain privileged relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacists, pharmacy chains and selective department stores. We also work closely with digital players in the Swiss pharmaceutical industry.

Why did you found Wellzia?
I founded Wellzia after many years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, during which I had the opportunity to travel the world, launching brands and developing commercial structures in the pharmaceutical channel. My career path has given me a deep understanding of what brands are really looking for to develop in a given country: their needs and expectations, as well as the fears they may have to ensure their sustainability.
These years of experience also inspired me to set up my own company, one that would serve brands. I wanted to build an entity that embodied human values while being disruptive in its methods. My aim was to bring a new vision and new ways of working to this sector.
At Wellzia, we believe in innovation and adaptability. We aim to transform traditional methods to provide brands with the tools and support they need to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Our approach is centered on listening carefully to the specific needs of each brand, in order to offer them tailor-made solutions that ensure their lasting success.
In short, Wellzia was born of the desire to combine expertise, innovation and humanity to redefine industry standards and contribute to the growth of brands worldwide.

What is your mission at Wellzia?
I prepare product launches and market availability. I define the marketing strategy for each of the brands we sell in Switzerland, and organize the implementation of the various campaigns.
I work in collaboration with the other members of the team (logistics team, sales force, medical sales representatives, trainers) to ensure a global, high-impact approach.
I also coordinate communications actions to develop brand awareness in the media and on social networks, and monitor the distribution of our brands on the digital channel to preserve their images.

Wellzia is a dynamic company on a human scale, with committed employees who are specialists in the Swiss market and always ready to listen to our customers.

What are the main factors that differentiate your cosmetics products on the Swiss market, and how do these unique elements benefit the consumer?
The Wellzia brand portfolio is distinguished by its modernity and complementarity. Our laboratories stand out for their innovation and diversity, covering a wide range of fields such as dermatology, aesthetics, natural cosmetics, hair care and coloring, not forgetting natural food supplements. We are committed to distributing products that are market leaders, meeting over 90% of patients’ needs, while remaining on the lookout for promising innovations for the future.
At Wellzia, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our partner pharmacies and their customers appreciate the irreproachable ethics of our products, as well as the support services offered by our dedicated teams.
Can you share examples of successful partnerships with Swiss pharmacies and how these collaborations have helped strengthen your brands’ presence in the sector?
In recent years, we have strengthened our partnerships with Swiss pharmaceutical market leaders such as Phoenix Pharma, Pharmacie Principale, Pharmacie Populaire and Manor through their Derma Center.
These loyal customers play a crucial role in the development of our brands and raise the profile of our products throughout the Confederation. Our recent expansion into German-speaking Switzerland and the strengthening of our team in French-speaking Switzerland have enabled us to forge partnerships with some of the Galenica AG Group’s major chains, while consolidating our local presence through agreements with numerous groups of independent retailers.

What strategies do you use to stay at the cutting edge of innovation in dermatology and dermo-cosmetics, and how does this translate into the service you offer your doctors and customers?
To stay at the forefront of innovations in dermatology and dermo-cosmetics, I adopt a proactive approach that combines scientific watch, collaboration with experts and ongoing training. This dynamic of innovation and information sharing translates directly into the quality of service we offer our doctors and customers.
We keep abreast of advances in dermatology and dermo-cosmetics thanks to :
- Our participation in international and national congresses and symposia, such as the EADV, the Journées Dermatologiques de Paris, the RRDV, as well as various hospital symposia, where the latest research and innovations are presented.
- Reading and analysis of clinical studies published in leading scientific journals.
- Monitoring market trends and new technologies, particularly in biotechnology, skin microbiome and innovative active ingredients.
This approach ensures that we offer solutions at the cutting edge of science and technology, to better meet the needs of our healthcare partners and customers.
What aspects of your mission do you think distinguish your work in the Swiss market, and how do you measure the satisfaction and loyalty of your doctors and customers?
Our difference in the Swiss market is rooted in our rigorous scientific approach, our commitment to innovation, our proximity to our customers and our responsiveness to requests.
In Switzerland, unlike other markets, we are building a genuine partnership with doctors and pharmacists. We tailor our services to the specific needs of each practitioner and his or her patients, regularly organizing meetings, workshops and training courses to enrich their daily practice.
We work in close collaboration with these healthcare professionals, who become ambassadors for our products thanks to the trust they place in us and the results they achieve.
